How long does it take to plan for & build a house?

Ive written an article on this matter a few weeks ago, but there have been suggestion to put in a graphical presentation so as to make the communication easier & clearer. We'll here it is guys, hope it helps ;)

After the initial meeting and after signing the proposal, it usually takes about 6.5 to 9 months for yor house to become a reality ;)
